Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases please call 1-631-390-9081 or email info@cientausa.com to obtain and Return Shipping Label. We will gladly accept returns of unworn, resalable merchandise for REFUND when received by us within 60 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Any returns with No Return authorization number will be refused / or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are free.
Shoes must be returned in the original box and must accompany a copy of the original sales receipt.
Shipping & Handling
We ship most packages via FedEx. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your merchandise will arrive to you in 3-10 business days, depending on location.
All orders over $200 require a signature on delivery as well as other orders at the FedEx driver's discretion if the driver feels a delivery location is unsafe.
Merchandise ordered after 5:00 pm Eastern time Monday-Thursday will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday-Tuesday.

We Ship all orders free to any USA destination.
Sales Tax
We only collect Sales tax for orders that are shipped within New York State.
All accessories are taxable, the NY State Tax rate for sales up to $110 is 4.38%, for all sales over $110.01 the Tax rate is 8.88%.
ORDER or CREDIT CARD ISSUES
We can only hold product for 24 hours.
If there is a problem with your order we will email you for further information or verification. If you do not respond within 24 hours of that email, we cannot hold that product for you.
